We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Business Development Associate to help us identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our agency. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in acquiring new clients, fostering partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry associations.

Prospecting and Outreach: Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our agency’s services and initiate conversations.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Proposal Development: Collaborate with the agency’s team to create customized proposals and presentations that address the specific needs and goals of potential clients.

Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and value proposition.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with potential clients, aiming to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities within the agency’s CRM system.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment in delivering client solutions.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.

  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO.
  • Exceptional research and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to adapt writing style to suit different audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, or a related field is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
